Registration cancellations must be sent in writing, postmarked by December 11, 2015, to ALA Registration, c/o CompuSystems, PO Box 6271, Broadview, IL 60155-6271. Fax : 708-344-4444. There is a handling fee of $25 for each registration item cancelled, and no refunds for cancellations postmarked after December 11, 2015. Registrations made after December 11, 2015 are nonrefundable. We cannot offer refunds for Exhibits-Only badges or Daily Fees. Refunds are processed after the conference. Email:firstname.lastname@example.org
Bundle Cancellation Policy
Written requests for cancellation for the entire Bundle must be postmarked before the Midwinter deadline (December 11, 2015) to receive a full refund minus $50 for administrative fees.
If you cancel the Midwinter Meeting registration before the Midwinter Meeting cancellation deadline (December 11, 2015) but do not cancel your Annual Conference registration your refund will be:
ALA Member: $115
Other Member: $25
If you attend Midwinter Meeting, but cancel the Annual Conference registration, please note that your request must be postmarked by the cancellation deadline of May 13, 2016. Your refund will be:
ALA Member: $185
Other Member: $90
Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for ALA purposes.
Note that registrations using purchase orders are handled online. Please have the purchase order number available.
